Scopes

Building a Gen-Z community of Porsche fans.

Porsche’s brief was ambitious. They wanted to have more clout with younger generations, so basically: be cool again.

Taking a good old stab at this, I co-created a new platform under the name Scopes and the brand tagline “Driven by Porsche”. A never-before-seen brand experience that is festival, digital exhibition and content series all at once.

For the first edition, set in an abandoned modernist theatre in Berlin, we collaborated with local artists and collectives like Boiler Room, Live from Earth and The Box. Local gallery behemoth Julia Stoschek helped curate an on-site exhibition. This included works by Ryan Trecartin and Britta Thie.

The second round took place in Amsterdam, jam-packed with concerts, workshops and art performances. For this edition we managed to get Ridley Scott Creative Group, Maison the Faux and D.O.L. House on deck for a week of truly subversive and fierce programming.

I also helped launch Scopes Warsaw, creating a holistic social concept, TOV and a countless number of posts and reels on Scopes channels. This edition featured artists like VTSS, Zuza Krajewska and Girls to the Front.

The social media campaign was organically grown and created an unprecedented amount of engagement for Porsche and car lover channel Type7 (175k+ followers).
